If you’re suffering with your mental health, the world can seem like a lonely place. Walk Talk Action is here to help. In order to determine whether our 10-Step Programme is right for you, ask yourself the following questions:
● Do you want to overcome an obstacle that’s preventing you from being who you really want to be?
● Do you have a goal that you really want to achieve but don’t know where to start?
● Are you ready to make positive changes in your life?

PLEASE NOTE: If you are already receiving help from hospital, social services or another professional organisation, and you need the aid of a support worker, then this person will need to accompany you to each session.
