What people think of our services

What people think of our services

Here are just a few of the people who have completed our 10-Step Programme and been kind enough to tell us what they think…

You have helped me so much, Teri. I was in a real low place, doing far too much, and you have shown me that there are other things I can do that I am allowed to be happy doing. I feel like l have a new lease of life.

You will never realise how much Walk Talk Action has helped me. So for that itself, I’m grateful.

10-STEP PROGRAMME PARTICIPANT

So I just need to tell you how the group has been helping me by giving me something to look forward to each week.

The exercise and the company are just what I need, and being with others who have an idea of what you’re going through (though everyone has different experiences) makes it a safe place to be.

10-STEP PROGRAMME PARTICIPANT

Since finishing the 10-Step Programme,  I am constantly working on my job and life now, trying to stay on the right side of the road. Thanks for helping me get through the rough time I went through.

I will never forget what you did for me. You helped my mental health 100%. Keep up the good work.

10-STEP PROGRAMME PARTICIPANT

Over the course of the 10 weeks, I met new friends, experienced things I wouldn’t have tried before and started walking again for the first time in years. More importantly, Teri linked me with with people who could help and support me.

I appreciate all the help she has given me. I no longer feel isolated.
