Our walks aim to get people outside and enjoy the great outdoors to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.

No need to book as Tea & Toast is a drop-in session. It’s a chance to chat, meet new people and make new friends.

WTA Retreat

The Retreat is home to our 10-Step Programme, which provides a pathway to a better state of mind, step by step.
