As a small team supporting many people, there may be a brief wait before you can join our programme.

If you’re currently in crisis or need urgent mental health support, Walk Talk Action isn’t the right service for you. We can’t offer medical, counselling, or emergency help, and we’re unable to support anyone in immediate distress.

If you need urgent assistance, please contact your GP, NHS Crisis Team, or call 999. You can also speak to the Samaritans for free on 116 123.

Walk Talk Action can support you once you’ve received initial help and feel ready to make positive changes. By joining our Walks or Tea & Toast sessions and completing an application form, you can take the first step toward rebuilding confidence and connection.
